Absolutely wonderful. Ken was extremely professional and helpful. He was polite and answered every question that I had and then more. I think we'll keep you guys around if your employees are all like Ken. Thank you again.

Best customer service.Over the phone the lady was very polite and helped me get services to my house quickly. The service I received once at my house was outstanding and financially affordable. The workers were polite and now thanks to them my water heater is up and running perfectly. Thank you Alpha & Omega Plumbing!!

I definitely recommend Alpha Omega! From the moment you give them a call, Charlie and the guys treat you like family rather than just another ticket number. Plumbing issues can be incredibly stressful, but their team goes above and beyond to handle everything with honesty, care, and true professionalism. It is refreshing to support a local business that genuinely cares about its community and takes immense pride in its work. Their communication is clear, their response is prompt, and the pricing is fair for such top-tier quality. Charlie and the guys are honest, hard-working, and do things the right way without trying to upsell you on things you don't need. They have earned a customer for life, and I will be recommending them to everyone in town. If you need a reliable plumber you can actually trust, look no further.

Best plumbers in Tehema county, and all of California. No one else but these guys are allowed to touch any plumbing in my home. My family only allows these guys in their homes, as well. If you arent from Alpha and Omega, you arent part of the Number One team. Thanks guys. I reccommend you all day, every day.

Do not hesitate to call Alpha Omega! They are incredibly kind, efficient, clean, hardworking and worth every penny. We just had a faucet replaced and the work was done so quickly. Very and I mean VERY neat and tidy. Super courteous and knowledgeable. Ken answered all my brother’s questions thoughtfully. He even helped us with a bit of additional work with an outside spigot and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Always on time, friendly and get the job done!

Anthony did great work. He drilled a hole in my stainless steel kitchen sink and installed a new air gap. When he was done he cleaned up after himself. Very clean and professional.
