"One of my neighbors recommended this local family operation, and I am pleased to report that the quality of response and care and service was exceptional. You do not have to talk to a series of folks who send out one of dozens of unknown and perhaps unqualified workers, but instead will speak to a member of the family; Charlie Ford took my call, was honest about the best time for a visit (which was not an emergency) and personally followed up on all concerns I had about the repair and replacement. Above all, I value honesty and responsibility in business dealings, a business not too big that the connection between ownership and employees is lost--with Alpha and Omega the buck stops at their door and the service follows suit--thanks!"

"Charlie was so helpful trying to find the right water heater for my needs and finding the best deal to save me money. Anthony installed the tankless water heater to replace our 26yr old water heater. He was very professional, fast and clean. Very impressive work. This is only the company after talking to many, you know that they are honest and wouldn't take advantage of your situation. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs."
