“Charlie came out on a Sunday to get my hot water heater started, spent an hourr working on it, but it needed to be replaced. He ordered another water heater and installed on Wednesday. Delivered a beautiful new water heater and gave us instructions on maintenance. They were the only company that would come out on Sunday and as far as I’m concerned they ROCK!!! “I will definitely be calling Alpha & Omega Plumbing & Drain Cleaning again for any plumbing problems I may face in the future. I called them because I had a pretty decent size water leak from a problem I thought was coming from under my house. I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to plumbing so I hoped to have them come over and tell me what I needed to do to fix the problem. They were at my house in about 30 min when they said it’d be about an hour until they showed up. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it in about 45 minutes and it cost much less than I thought it was going to be. Thanks Charlie and Larry!
