"I called and left a voicemail on a Saturday, Charlie returned my call not even 20 minutes later. He was extremely helpful over the phone and was at my home within the hour. I HIGHLY recommend this company!"

"Charlie came out on a Sunday to get my hot water heater started, spent an hour working on it, but it needed to be replaced. He ordered another water heater and installed on Wednesday. Delivered a beautiful new water heater and gave us instructions on maintenance. They were the only company that would come out on Sunday and as far as I'm concerned they ROCK!!! Thanks Charlie for all you did for us and we'll see you soon for the removal of the garbage disposal unit. Janet"

"having lost everything in the Carr fire, including water, I had several bids to replace my waterline from the road, approximately 600'. A&O were the only ones that suggested we fix leaks as discovered before discarding the whole waterline; They did this and stayed until after dark to make sure the job was done, done right and I had water!! their honesty and diligence to their mission was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! not to mention that they saved me a whole lot of money, aggravation and time. I highly recommend A&O to anyone and everyone!!"
