"having lost everything in the Carr fire, including water, I had several bids to replace my waterline from the road, approximately 600'. A&O were the only ones that suggested we fix leaks as discovered before discarding the whole waterline; They did this and stayed until after dark to make sure the job was done, done right and I had water!! their honesty and diligence to their mission was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! not to mention that they saved me a whole lot of money, aggravation and time. I highly recommend A&O to anyone and everyone!!"

Excellent, professional customer service. Offers a range of solutions explaining the benefits with no pressure just the sincere goal of resolving your problem ASAP and ensuring you are taken care of! I called on Sunday afternoon and he came right out to stop the leak from causing bigger problems and now we have plan I’m back to my weekend plans not in a complete PANIC! Our little town is extremely blessed to have a company with such integrity."
